About the Author:
Dereje Befekadu Tessema, Ph.D., PMP, PMI-ACP, SAFe-SPC, is an adjunct professor at Georgetown University School of Continuing Education and co-founder for Center for International Development and Policy (CfIDP), a research think thank affilated with Florida University Southeast. He has published two books in leadership, management, and presidential campaign sciences as part of his writing seres ”How this Happened”. He has also authored several papers at various conferences and forums. Dereje is a co-founder of Teach and Serve for Africa (TASFA), a nonprofit organization dedicated to creating and transferring knowledge to the African continent. In the last three years, Dereje has been part of a voluntary team under TASFA that provided free training in project management, leadershimental Engineering, Germany, where the equitable use of the Nile River waters and Ethiopia’s role in the basin was the subject of many discussions among students from the Nile Riparian countries.
